Club Umbra is mostly fun; and occasionally dangerous; it is the club of choice for local ruffians, aliens, and adventurous members of the rocket set. Located at the Lagrange point between Earth and Moon, it opens at dark and closes promptly at dawn. Normal business hours coincide roughly with the new moon; but because its orbital mechanics cause considerable variation, it is best to arrive long before last call. The club also opens for each lunar eclipse, but reservations are recommended, as these events typically cater to private parties. Don’t even ask about the solar eclipse! These are booked centuries in advance and trade on galaxyBay for astronomical prices. Post Modern Jon plays every other lunar month and brings his own special clientele to the venue. Note that opening times are earth-centric and often cause confusion for off-worlders.
